bargain in Vietnam is normal?

 In Vietnam and other asian countries where there are laws, but  a few respect. Shopping is the art of understanding and communicating!

 In Vietnam nobody feel uncomfortable, if they bargain. but depends!
There are many kinds of shops, some you can bargain, but others you can't.
almost private shops you can bargain, but not of them reduce price. Some, rarely do keep the fix price.
how much you can reduce? 10%, 15%, 20%...the anwser is there is no fix percent for bargain. Depends on you, on the sellers, on the situation!!
importantly, you should know a base line for bargain.

But how worth to bargain for something costs about 1 usd!!!!!
